Asset Move
Assets can be assigned a Storage Location as a final step to the Audit Process. A Storage Location (SLOC) is entered for each asset and indicates the pallet, shelf or storage location which will hold the asset. Occasionally this information needs to be changed after Audit - Example: You are moving an item for further evaluation prior to sale. In order to keep the system information up to date when the asset is moved, the Storage Location information needs to be updated.
